    feeding in the terrarium is fine, its smart enough to know whats food and whats not

    that is a valid idea and many snake owners feed that way but if you have a tame snake like my red tail boa, and handle it enough, the snake should be conditioned to know that not every time you open the terrarium its getting fed.

    Hey there, yeah I did that for a couple times after the fact, but I didnt’ stick with it, now I always just feed her in the terrarium and she actually is a very tame snake. I have taken her out plenty of times, and even though she’s a bit on guard at first, she warms up and is fine after! :-)

    Here is a tip for you if you want to get ur snake out his box dont feed him in his box because if you want to get him out he thinks you he gets hes meal and than attacks you:D
